These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Shozy ("Shozy," "we," "us," or "our"), a property showing scheduling platform. By using Shozy, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Shozy lets landlords list rental properties and manage showing availability, and lets renters book a showing time without needing an account. We facilitate scheduling — we are not a party to any lease, rental agreement, or transaction between a landlord and a renter.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create a landlord account. You're responsible for having the legal right to list any property you add to Shozy.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
Don't use Shozy to list a property you don't have the right to list, harass or discriminate against renters or landlords, post false or misleading listing information, or attempt to scrape, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on the terms described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel at any time from your account settings.
By verifying a phone number with Shozy, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your account and your showings — verification codes, showing confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and messages tied to a specific showing conversation. We will never send marketing or promotional messages to a number collected through Shozy.
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Shozy can generate listing text and photo assets formatted for third-party sites like Zillow, Apartments.com, and Realtor.com. Posting that content to those platforms is your choice and your responsibility — we don't transmit your data to them automatically, and we aren't responsible for their policies or practices.
Shozy and its software, design, and branding belong to us. You retain ownership of the property listings, photos, and content you upload, and you grant us a license to use them solely to operate the service on your behalf.
Shozy is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that a showing will result in a lease, or make any representation about the conduct of landlords or renters using the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shozy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using Shozy and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
